The breakfast selection was amazing.

We were on the top floor and had to carry our heavy luggage up several flights of stairs. I noticed that the cleanliness could use some attention. Certain appliances in the room were a bit dusty. The staff was not very responsive, especially concerning issues with the air conditioning we encountered .

Location of this hotel was good for exploring Heimatmuseum Beuel. We had no problems with WiFi. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose bonn city.

Extremely convenient place, I truly enjoyed excellent personnel.

The rooms were nicely refurbished and neat, had a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The service was very good, including an early check-in.

Very kindly people, clean and friendly

No... But people have to be carefull, as if you arrive in after 9:00 PM you have to tell the staff, in order for them to leave you the keys and a pin-code... In other case, you could be enter the hotel until the next day !

We enjoyed the spacious room which reminded me of a small apartment. Each morning, the breakfast was great with a wonderful selection of fresh and carefully prepared items. The staff were attentive and cute.

This became challenging with our heavy luggage. The reception hours were limited, and we had to operate a key box for our check-in.

The room was super spacious and felt more like an apartment, perfect for us. Breakfast was a hit too, with tasty options like packed lunches. Just a bummer about the reception closing early. Felt a bit odd managing keys that way!
